Keisha Morris is a seasoned HR and operations professional with over 25 years of experience helping organizations manage their most valuable asset — their people. With executive-level experience in education, nonprofits, and small businesses in New York City and the DC Metro area, she brings expertise in HR strategy, operations, compliance, staff training, and process optimization.

As CEO and founder of KRH Consulting, LLC, Keisha partners with small and midsize organizations to streamline HR processes, implement effective systems, and build strong, engaged teams. Her leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for DC charter schools, where she managed cross-functional teams and streamlined operations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall organizational performance

Keisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University and is passionate about creating efficient, people-centered workplaces that drive organizational success.
